DMCA Policy

1. Copyright Compliance

DrakorPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take copyright claims seriously and respond promptly to valid infringement notices.

2. Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe that content available through DrakorPlay infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent containing the following information: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; the location of the allegedly infringing material; sufficient contact information for us to reach you; a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid and complete infringement notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification explaining why, along with your contact details and a statement of good faith belief, so that the content may be reviewed and potentially restored.
